Ravelry

I just (re)signed up for ravelry.com. Apparently I tried signing up back in April but either I didn’t see my invite or it went to my spam folder. Either way I completely forgot about the site until I recently discovered my LYS (local yarn store for those not in the know.) www.dailyfiberyarn.com is the website if you want to check it out, which I do suggest.

I met Debbie, the owner, and Peggy, the knitting teacher. Both have helped me soo much! I actually learned how to spin my own yarn too off of a handspindle. I’ve bought a bunch of roving that I’ve since dyed and spun A LOT!

I have even attempted my first pair of hand knitted socks today! I think its going to be a little too big but hell. If I can finish one then I can finish more! :o )

I still want my damn hat to be finished! My yarn from www.ArtFibers.com that I picked up while in SF a couple weeks ago is screaming to be shown off!

    I’d really like to see more pictures on your blog! That would really be cool to see. But yeah, good job on your fibers(?)/yarn(?) lately!
