with the steak i am serving a spring mix salad with white balsalmic dressing, roasted garlic and rosemary potato slices, some steamed broccoli and cauliflower. im also baking some fresh french bread that was par baked at the bakery. serve this with some nice wine and finish it off, if theres room, an hour or so later with some homebaked sugar and snickerdoodle cookies.
